You MUST be using ROSTERBUSTER to allow you to import your roster. If you do NOT have this then you can download this from www.rosterbuster.com. Please be sure to use our PROMO CODE when signing upOCNR3M.

To upload your rosters to our system please do the following:

1) On your ROSTERBUSTER App export your roster into .csv format.
2) Select the month/year that your roster is starting from in this form and then click browse to locate the .csv file.
ONLY PREVIOUS COMPLETED ROSTERS CAN BE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM. DO NOT ADD FUTURE ROSTERS.
3) Click View/Save and the roster will upload to our system. (If you upload a duplicate or the days cross over into other rosters these will simply be overwrote).
4) If you wish to add the daily subsistence then please hit the submit as an expense button.

PLEASE NOTE: This is only for pilots that are working from their HOME-BASE. You can add this daily subsistence allowance in as an expense from Ocotber 2014.
You may also add in your daily susbsistence through the Expenses, Travel & Subsistence pages.
